No, and we do not hate men or have anything against them. Cabarrus County did not have a women-only fitness space before we opened our doors and providing somewhere safe, secure, and inclusive for all women is worth more than any money.

Yes! Our founders’ circle membership is a one-time payment of $129 and includes three months of unlimited services. After the three months is up, you will need to select another membership if you wish to continue. (We hope you will!)

Downtown Concord has a vast variety of parking. We suggest the parking deck by Two Scoops, as there is usually lots of parking available.

ABSOLUTELY! Our clients’ safety is our number one priority. The door locks automatically and remains locked at all times. Security cameras are always in use, law enforcement can legally remove trespassers, and curtains remain closed during classes. Our studio is cleaned, disinfected, and inspected regularly.
We are women owned and we take client safety extremely seriously. If someone outside ever makes you feel uneasy, call law enforcement immediately and they will have the individual trespassing removed from the premises. Surveillance is always recorded and stored of our storefront walkway and the sidewalk/street, not just inside the studio.
You are safe here. Always.
