FOUNDER & OWNER
CERTIFIED YOGA INSTRUCTOR - 200 HR RYT
Born in a historic home on Union Street, Cynthia is proud to call Concord her home. She has lived in Concord her entire life, and can’t imagine somewhere better to live.
With a background in dance and gymnastics, she has been practicing yoga since she was fourteen to originally help with flexibility, mobility, stress relief, weight loss, and promoting a calmer mind.
Cynthia graduated from Rowan Cabarrus Community College with honors in 2019, worked both as a housekeeper and delivery driver, helped manage family businesses, and received her 200 hour RYT certification with Yoga Alliance in 2025. She is passionate about sharing her love for yoga with the women of her community, and anywhere else she travels.
A women’s only fitness space is something Cynthia has longed for since she was a teenager and experienced multiple negative, or frightening encounters with men in fitness coded spaces. One of the few things she enjoys more than a good cardio workout class is doing her part to help women in her community be seen, supported, and most importantly, safe. This is the belief on which her studio was founded.
Her hobbies include yoga, Pilates, interior decorating, fashion, creating floral arrangements, volunteer work, and supporting local businesses in any way she can.
She loves Concord and helping out her community, and is usually found doing some form of volunteer work. Her journey into community service began when she started volunteering at animal shelters in middle school and knew her naturally caring heart called her into this lifestyle.
In her free time she is an active member of the Concord Rotary Club, the Cabarrus Chamber, the Bernheim Literary Society, and Central United Methodist Church. She loves a good matcha, a walk through downtown Concord, a nice swim in her mom’s beautiful pool, and cuddles with her flame point cat, Nevaeh.

CERTIFIED PILATES & BARRE INSTRUCTOR
Summer brings a powerful blend of dance-inspired movement and functional fitness to her Barre and Pilates instruction. With a foundation in ballet, tap, and jazz, she further developed her athleticism and performance training as a collegiate cheerleader while earning her bachelor’s degree at Belmont Abbey College. She holds nationally recognized certifications through AFAA, NASM, and ACE, with advanced training in Pilates (including reformer and stability ball), Barre, and Booty Burn, as well as certifications in personal training and mobility. Her extensive education allows her to design safe, effective, and results-driven classes for clients of all levels.
Her teaching style is both intentional and energizing, designed to strengthen the body while building confidence from within. No two classes are ever the same—Summer intentionally creates fresh, dynamic routines paired with thoughtfully curated music, ensuring every session feels new, engaging, and motivating.
Summer is deeply passionate about serving others through movement, creating an atmosphere where clients feel supported, challenged, and inspired.
With a heart for community and a purpose-driven approach, she strives to make every class not just a workout—but an experience that leaves people feeling stronger, uplifted, and empowered.

CERTIFIED YOGA INSTRUCTOR - 200 HR E-RYT
1500+ TEACHING HOURS
Amber’s yoga journey began in 2011 while she was in college after a friend invited her to her first class. She was immediately drawn to the practice and quickly found herself spending as much time on the mat as possible. In 2014, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Kula Yoga Studio in Port Orange, Florida. Since then, she has accumulated more than 1,500 hours of teaching experience and continues to deepen both her personal practice and her knowledge of yoga.
Amber believes yoga is an opportunity to come home to yourself—to quiet the outside noise, let go of the weight of the world, and reconnect with what matters most. Her classes are designed to help students build strength, find balance, and cultivate greater peace, clarity, and self-awareness both on and off the mat.
While Vinyasa Flow is her favorite style to teach and practice, Amber values every style of yoga and believes each offers something meaningful. She encourages students to honor their bodies, trust their own journey, and practice with intention rather than perfection.

CERTIFIED YOGA INSTRUCTOR- 200 HR RYT
Jennifer Tadlock is originally from Arkansas and now happily calls Downtown Concord home. She completed her yoga teacher training through the Asheville Yoga Center in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina.
As a lifelong student and lover of learning, Jennifer is passionate about creating space for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find grounding through breath and movement. After navigating autoimmune challenges for the past 20 years, she has experienced firsthand the healing and support yoga can offer both the body and nervous system.
Jennifer believes yoga is for everybody and every season of life, from the young to the elderly, and encourages the use of modifications so each student can honor their body exactly as it is each day.
Her classes are rooted in mindful movement, nervous system support, and intentional breathwork, with the hope that students leave feeling more balanced, centered, strong, and at home within themselves.
